This exciting day trip will take you on a private boat tour to Holbox Island, a small hidden jewel known for its peculiar streets, relaxed lifestyle, and amazing wildlife.

This private boat tour starts at your hotel, where you'll be picked up and driven to Chiquila Port, the starting point of your Holbox adventure.

Keep in mind that your pickup time will change depending on where your hotel is located:

6:00 am, Tulum.
7:00 am, Playa del Carmen.
8:00 a.m., Cancun.

Once you've boarded your private boat, you'll be taken to Bird's Island, where you'll be able to see a wide variety of seabird species.

Pink flamingos and cormorants are a guarantee, but you can also spot egrets, herons, pelicans, and terns, to name only a few species.

The bird island also has a beautiful viewing spot where you can walk around and see cormorants up close, as these majestic birds won't mind your presence as long as you don't attempt to touch them.

Make sure to bring your camera to capture the wildlife!

The boat tour will also take you through the Yalahua Lagoon, a lush mangrove paradise with beautiful blue waters where you'll see even more birds and if you're lucky, a crocodile or two.
