How long will the tour last?
Our tour is designed to allow for plenty of time to explore and enjoy the ruins with your guide and some time to freely wonder around. You'll have about 90 minutes at the ruins. We provide a comfortable and efficient round-trip transportation service from the Costa Maya cruise port, ensuring you have enough time to enjoy the excursion and return to the port with plenty of time to spare.
Where do we meet for this tour?
You will meet us just a couple blocks outside the cruise port in Costa Maya. More details in your confirmation email.
Is this tour physically demanding?
The tour is designed to be accessible for people of all ages and abilities. While there is some walking involved, the tour can be tailored to accommodate those with mobility issues. Additionally, there are rest stops along the way and water is provided to ensure everyone is comfortable throughout the tour.
What is the $5 USD Copyright Fee?

There’s a $5.00 USD copyright fee (not included in the tour price) for the use of video cameras at Chacchoben, this fee is paid directly at the site. Tripods aren’t allowed on the site.
